iForm is a web based form builder. It allows non-technical users the ability to create rich, content-capturing web forms directly from iControl. No HTML knowledge needed!
With iForm, you can add form elements like radio buttons, check boxes, drop down menus, text input fields and much more.
iForm is also extremely secure. Conforming to HIPAA requirements, iForm uses a 256 bit encryption to transmit patient data. In addition, form information is validated using CAPCHA image verification systems, essentially eliminating spam data.
