Our team of dedicated, in house Customer Support Coaches (CSC's) are extremely knowledgeable of not only AcuMatrix technology, but the web in general. Customer Support Coaches are experts in their field, with an average of 4 years professional experience and many more years of web geek experience, our CSC's are eager to help our clients leverage their website to its fullest.
We take our customer support seriously, our department mission statement reads: "Our commitment is to build team relationships though an approachable attitude, and empower our clients to grow a winning internet presence." This means we guide AcuMatrix clients on a myriad of topics including new content formatting, image insertion, new content development, email assistance, search engine optimization and much more. Throughout the way, our staff is committed to having a positive attitude, providing well thought out answers, and to patiently educate clients.
AcuMatrix support staff are available Monday through Friday 7:30a to 4:00p PST, however, the AcuMatrix support network (iSupport) is available 24/7. iSupport, our online support website, contains detailed explanations and videos on how to use the tools of your website. In addition iSupport allows support ticket requests which categorize and time stamps every request made. AcuMatrix support coaches are also equipped with the latest tools to help support our client base. Each CSC is equipped with a high powered workstation running Windows Vista Business. Dual 24" HD Monitors provide a vast canvas for multiple windows browsing. GoToMyPC™ and other remote PC tools are used to quickly access client computers and view what our clients see. And of course a full compliment of Adobe and Microsoft software provide powerful tools to get digital work done quickly and professionally.
